  It will be difficult to classify, the top of the store I would give 4stars the staff are always friendly and helpful, the ground floor store staff at the entrance it's another matter that I would give no star, we get in say good morning and no one else in the store, we didn't get any reply at all, really rude completely different from the top store, if this was just one floor than we would get in and just run away from there, because at the front door staff.
