  I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Hawthorns. They really do seem to have the customer at the heart of their business, and make the whole process so smooth and convenient. Long opening hours are so useful, so we could drop the cars off before work, and they are so obliging at fitting repairs or services in at short notice. The service team are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful that it takes all the stress out of car trouble; I cannot imagine receiving a better service anywhere else. I have shopped around different garages and Hawthorns always give the best deal, and provide excellent value for money. The most important thing for us is that each time they were willing to provide a loan car for as long as was needed to keep us on the road, with no hassle whatsoever. The whole team is absolutely wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend them.
