  I first visited Charlene at Farnham Hearing 3 years ago. Tests had identified that I had hearing loss which I had already recognised. Wife telling me to turn the TV down and especially in the work environment where I had difficulty hearing what was being said in meetings and conferences. Charlene provided a first class service and fully understood the issues I was having, especially in the work place. My hearing aids are fantastic, anonymous, comfortable and easy to use. Her professionalism, knowledge and friendly personality was obvious from my first appointment. It is fair to say that the impact she has made to my quality of life has been substantial. I would recommend Farnham and Charlene to anyone who has hearing issues.
