  Went there last weekend, was seen by somebody who was not listening and did not give particularly good advice. I was asked questions about information I had already provided for example. I could have got the same info by myself on the internet. To top it all, I asked a specific question concerning additional features on plans to cover SMS to Europe and was told that no network was doing such a thing which is a blatant lie as I have such one feature on my current plan. Will not go again....
